Our customers entrust us with their projects and give us their trust, in more than thirty years of experience we have become their reliable partner. STI International gives you the possibility to realize your control room environment complete with consoles, accessories and turnkey digital systems. You won’t have to worry about a thing. Below you will find the available models:
Direction Room Console Europe
The console has a flexibility that allows various configurations and make it exploitable in multiple uses and adaptable to the needs of each operator: it allows the furniture to “talk” with all the electronic components.
The support structure is composed of steel sheets shaped like an “airplane wing”.
Painting by means of electrostatic epoxy powders polymerized in gray color.
Hatches to close these “legs” in order to allow the rise of the wiring “not in sight”.
Structural stiffening beams to allow future upgrades through the “suspended” fixing of any rack cabinets hooked on this element.
ULTRA-RESISTANT
The top is made of ultra-resistant material based on high-density thermoplastic resins. This material, fully laminated, is made by polycondensation and embedding of 2 aluminum foils 0.42 mm thick. Surface finish in a color to be defined in the range of standard colors. Final protection through EasyClean* anti-scratch and anti-fingerprint treatment. Available finishes: anthracite gray, light gray, white and black. Further details on request.
POST-FORMING
The top is made of wooden material with bevelled edges covered with a sheet of PVC applied to the top using the post-forming technique. This PVC is water-repellent, fireproof class M1 and has excellent resistance to wear. Available finishes: aluminum gray, white, black and wood effect finishes beech and cherry. Chamfered worktop edge, shaped by numerically controlled machine processing, in order to make the final surface free of imperfections and in compliance with the ergonomics of use.
STRAIGHT TOP
The top is arranged on a single coplanar level designed to have optimal ergonomics in daily use.
LOWERED PLANE
The top is arranged on two staggered levels so that there is the possibility of positioning the monitors behind at a lower height (increased operator visibility) or the “inclined turrets”. The console can be equipped, on request, with “turrets step rack 19” for the housing of electronic components over-plan or alternatively for inclined insertion of pushbuttons or other elements to support the operator. Steel under-floor trunking for concealed cabling. Cable brushes, grommets and inspection doors to allow cables to be traced. Rear profile in aluminium alloy Al 6060 with anodic oxidation, double groove shape (hollow with stiffened fins), suitable to allow the fixing of monitor holder able to slide for the whole length. The console put in place, ensures correspondence to the technical standards legislation in force, with particular regard to static stability, electrical equipotentiality, ergonometry and safety in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 81/08.
*Ergonomics of use in accordance with EN 527-1 and D.lgs. 9 April 2008 n° 81
**CEI 23-51 certification for safe use regarding electrostatic conductivity.
Optional: Support structure for Videowall Monitor, to support nr. 6 monitors 42″ (3×2)
Structural columns made of aluminum alloy Al 6060 profile with anodic oxidation, double groove shape (hollow with stiffened fins), suitable to allow the fixing of horizontal crossbars. Horizontal crossbars in sheet steel with perimeter folds and wiring slots suitable to support the monitor holders. The adjustment of the monitors is micro-metric with adjustments on three axes and possibility of “tilt” angle: the displays can move horizontally and vertically, as well as in depth. Equipped with Vesa monitor holder plates. Possible closing columns panels made of wooden material matching the finish of the technical console: hidden wiring behind panels.
Direction Room Console Skyline
The console has a flexibility that allows a variety of configurations and make it exploitable in multiple uses and adaptable to the needs of each operator: it is designed to be modular on the unit 19 “that is the international standard. This allows the furniture to “talk” with all the electronic components. The console is able to be expanded or modified according to the future needs of the operator, without distorting its identity.
The support structure is made of steel sheets, thickness 40/10, laser cut “on drawing” and not through standard profile.
Painting by means of electrostatic epoxy powders cured in anthracite gray color.
These metal sides are designed to create under-floor compartments based on 19″ rack pitch: each of them allows the creation of 11.5 U units each (electronic unit / rack).
Front and rear closing doors made of powder coated steel, with “quick release” fixing clips: these panels allow the wiring “not in sight” and the protection of the internal electronic components.
The side panels of the console are made of shaped wooden material and engraved to create deep recesses. Coating according to the thermal processing of “press-membrane” machinery, all to create a protection with anti-scratch material, finish possibly combined with the worktop.
